About

Independent senior support, focused on clarity and execution.

CoreResolve supports asset owners and specialist companies working alongside them when process, management or asset-status challenges require an experienced, independent perspective.

The model

A compact, senior advisory model.

CoreResolve is deliberately kept compact. The aim is to provide direct senior involvement, short communication lines and clear responsibility for the work being done.

The role is not to add another layer of consultancy. It is to help establish the facts, create structure, support decisions and translate conclusions into practical follow-up.

Assignments can be focused and short, or continue for longer where management support, implementation or follow-up is required.

Where a broader scope adds value, CoreResolve can work with selected specialist partners through an optional Integrated Delivery model. This can connect the initial baseline assessment with preparation, execution, verification and handover without changing the three core service propositions.

How CoreResolve works

Practical by design.

01

Independent perspective

Assess the situation on facts, evidence and material business impact rather than assumptions or internal history.

02

Execution focused

Turn analysis into clear priorities, ownership and actions that can actually be implemented and followed up.

03

Proportionate approach

Use the level of structure, control and documentation that the issue requires — no more, but also no less.

Who CoreResolve works with

For asset owners and the companies that support them.

The common denominator is responsibility for physical assets, their performance, their management or the evidence needed to understand and demonstrate their status.

Asset owners

Organisations responsible for operating, maintaining, managing or improving physical assets and the processes around them.

Specialist service companies

Companies supporting asset owners through operations, maintenance, inspection, engineering, asset assurance or related specialist services.

Management teams

Teams that need additional senior capacity, an independent view or more structure around priorities, decisions and execution.

Where CoreResolve can add value

When the situation needs to become clearer, more manageable or more demonstrable.

Clarity

The real situation is not sufficiently clear

Facts, assumptions, responsibilities or priorities need to be separated and brought into one coherent view.

Capacity

Management needs additional senior support

Temporary experience, structure or execution capacity is required to move an issue or improvement programme forward.

Evidence

Asset status needs to be demonstrable

What is known, evidenced, uncertain and outstanding needs to be transparent, traceable and ready for internal or external scrutiny.

Delivery network

Compact at the core, expandable where needed.

CoreResolve remains a focused senior advisory business. Where an assignment requires additional specialist capability, a project-specific delivery network can be formed with independent companies such as ASG, Falcker and IntegriCore, subject to fit and agreement.

FalckerSoftware & Innovation
IntegriCoreInspections & Execution

This keeps the CoreResolve model lean while allowing broader scopes to be delivered without suggesting that every discipline sits inside one organisation.

Start with the issue

No standard consultancy package.

The starting point is the actual challenge. From there, the scope can remain focused or expand only where that adds value.
