Privacy Policy

How CoreResolve handles personal data when you visit this website or make direct contact.

1. Data controller

CoreResolve is responsible for personal data processed through direct contact with CoreResolve and for the operation of this website.

Privacy contact: jurgen@coreresolve.es

2. Personal data that may be processed

This website deliberately uses direct email rather than a contact form. Personal data may therefore be processed when you contact CoreResolve by email, for example your name, email address, organisation, role and the information you choose to include in your message.

Technical server logs may also record information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and requested pages. These logs are used for website operation, security and troubleshooting.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Personal data may be used to respond to enquiries, assess or prepare a potential assignment, perform agreed services, maintain necessary business records, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.

Providing information by email is voluntary. However, CoreResolve may be unable to respond or assess a potential assignment if sufficient contact and contextual information is not provided.

Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as secure and reliable website operation and normal business correspondence.

4. Sharing of data

CoreResolve does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that are necessary for hosting, email, security or other essential business infrastructure, subject to the applicable contractual and data-protection requirements.

5. Cookies, analytics and tracking

The CoreResolve theme itself does not add analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers, and the public contact route does not use a web form. Polylang may set the technical language-preference cookie pll_language to remember the language selected by the visitor; by default its lifetime is up to one year. This preference is not used for advertising or profiling. WordPress may also use technical cookies for authorised users who sign in to the administration area. Hosting infrastructure may generate technical logs required for security and operation.

If analytics, additional forms or other tracking technologies are introduced later, this policy and any required cookie information should be updated before those features are enabled.

6. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including follow-up of an enquiry or assignment and any applicable legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security settings of the relevant service provider.

7. Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability where the legal conditions apply. Requests can be sent to the privacy contact shown above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

8. International processing

Some technology providers may process data in or provide access from countries outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the relevant provider and CoreResolve should rely on the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

9. Automated decision-making and profiling

CoreResolve does not use the personal data described in this policy for automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the website, business processes or service providers change. The current version is the version published on this page.
