Contact

Start with the issue, not a predefined solution.

A focused first conversation can establish the actual question, the context and whether CoreResolve is the right fit.

When to get in touch

When clarity, senior capacity or demonstrable status is needed.

CoreResolve works with asset owners and specialist companies supporting them. A first conversation is useful when, for example:

  • processes, roles or interfaces have become unnecessarily complex or unclear;
  • management needs additional senior perspective, structure or execution capacity;
  • the documented status of assets needs to become traceable, transparent and ready for scrutiny;
  • a focused independent review is needed before deciding on a broader assignment.

There is deliberately no contact form. Direct email keeps the first contact simple and avoids collecting information that is not needed.

Useful in a first messageA short description of the challenge, your organisation or role, the desired timing and any relevant constraints.

What happens next

Keep the first step proportionate.

The purpose of the first contact is not to sell a standard package. It is to determine whether there is a clear problem to solve and whether CoreResolve can materially add value.

01

Clarify

Understand the situation, the actual question and what is already known or assumed.

02

Assess the fit

Determine whether CoreResolve has the right role, experience and independence for the issue.

03

Define the next step

If useful, agree a focused review or assignment with a clear objective, scope and expected result.
