Services

Senior expertise where clarity must lead to action.

CoreResolve supports asset owners and specialist companies working alongside them with process improvement, management support and an evidence-based view of asset status — focused, proportionate and independent.

01

Process Improvement

Make the way work is organised, governed and executed more effective and less complex. CoreResolve helps establish the current situation, expose unclear roles and interfaces, identify root causes and translate findings into practical improvements.

Typical focus: process mapping, role clarity, interfaces, workflow, root-cause analysis, controls, performance indicators and improvement actions.

Result: a clear current-state picture, agreed priorities, practical actions, ownership and controlled follow-up.

02

Management Support

Provide experienced, independent support when management needs additional structure, perspective or execution capacity — for example during change, growth, integration, recovery or a targeted improvement effort.

Typical focus: priorities, decision support, business and management structure, operational readiness, programme set-up, governance, action tracking and management follow-up.

Result: clearer decisions, defined responsibilities, visible actions and structured progress without adding unnecessary management layers.

03

Asset Status & Audit Readiness

Build a traceable, evidence-based picture of asset status: what is documented and demonstrated, what remains uncertain, where evidence is incomplete and what requires follow-up.

The objective is not to conclude that assets are good or bad. It is to make the documented status transparent, defensible and audit-ready.

Typical focus: status baselines, inspection and maintenance evidence, traceability, gaps and exceptions, ownership, action tracking and the audit trail.

Result: an auditable status picture showing what is known, what is evidenced, what is missing and which actions remain open.

Delivery capability

Integrated Delivery

When the scope requires more than advisory support.

The three core services can stand on their own. Where an assignment also requires implementation, CoreResolve can work with selected specialist partners to connect assessment, definition, preparation, execution, verification and handover into one coherent delivery route.

Baseline → Define → Prepare → Execute → Verify → Handover

CoreResolve role: establish the scope, maintain clarity across interfaces, support or coordinate execution, and keep ownership, evidence and close-out visible.

Specialist partner role: perform defined technical or operational work packages where the required discipline or execution capacity sits outside CoreResolve.

Result: one coordinated route from finding to action, without presenting CoreResolve as the technical executor of every discipline.

Contracting model, responsibilities and verification arrangements are defined per assignment. Where independence matters, assessment, execution and verification can be explicitly separated.

Potential delivery network

Specialist partners can extend the delivery chain.

Where the scope requires additional delivery capability, CoreResolve can work — subject to fit with the assignment, availability and separate agreement — with independent partners covering projects, software and innovation, inspections and execution.

This does not imply a group structure or automatic subcontracting arrangement. The appropriate delivery and contracting model is agreed per assignment.

Flexible by design

Start with the actual need.

CoreResolve can support a focused one-off assessment, a senior advisory assignment or a broader improvement effort. Scope and documentation are kept proportionate to the question, the risk and the value to be created.

Where useful, an initial review can first establish the facts and define what further support — if any — is justified.
